Learn innovative approaches to communication, from body language to the art of storytelling and relaxation techniques.

In this workshop based on the latest NLP strategies you will learn practical tools to improve communication skills to work with your patients and colleagues more effectively and improve your ability to focus attention.

Communication is a two-way road. Learn how people use different representation systems to process information (such as visual, auditory and kinesthetic), how you can identify them and how you can create rapport with people by pacing their world.

After this course you should have achieved the following learning outcomes:
